Welcome to Work Stay

We offer the biggest and best workforce accommodation in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Manchester and Derbyshire.

Our 9+ customer ratings prove that Work Stay provides great value, great service and properties that exceed expectations.

Each fully-serviced, self-contained house, apartment and studio is carefully designed to the highest standards and well-equipped with modern appliances that are easy to use.

We cater for 1 to 100 people, charging per person, per night for a minimum of 28 days and we’ll provide cleaning, linen and management for your site if you already have accommodation arranged.

We’re on hand if we’re needed but respect people’s space and we’ll make every stay as homely as possible – from the moment we welcome our guests to when we say goodbye!

 

About Us

Work Stay is a new company run by husband and wife team Andy and Valerie Harvey from their base in Stoke-on-Trent. We both have several years’ experience in hospitality and customer service, which means we focus entirely on high standards, great value and trust. We aim is to provide the best possible workforce accommodation in the counties where we operate.

Starting with holiday and short breaks for families, friends and colleagues, we now work with booking agents, and companies with large projects such as HS2, to house their teams.

Thanks to the diligent support of our staff and partners, we’re able to deliver first class services that meet the needs of our clients and guests.

At heart, we’re a hospitality business where we make our guests feel at home the minute they walk through the door.
